Derek Brochu is the chief strategy and development officer for Premise Health, where he drives enterprise strategy and works to grow the business in ways that best serve clients, members, and their families. In his role, Derek oversees corporate strategy, enterprise product, strategic advisory, partnerships, and corporate development. 

Derek was most recently with OMERS Private Equity having joined in 2014. While there he focused on the origination, execution, and management of private equity investments, first as an associate and most recently as a director. Prior to his private equity career, Derek worked at Scotiabank in the investment banking group with a focus on the technology, media, and telecom sectors.

Courtney serves as a senior health and benefits strategist in the business and has senior leadership responsibilities for WTW's Health & Benefit (H&B) business in North America. She leads the Insights & Commercialization function for H&BNA overseeing our areas of expertise including Compliance & Audit, Health/Equity/Wellbeing (HEW), Pharmacy, and Group Benefits. 

The foundation of her career is benefits consulting experience working with clients on strategic aspects of their health and welfare plan offerings including data analytics, employee enablement, high value interventions, and related financial expectations.
