John Drodz, Ph.D., ABMP

Dr. John F. Drozd is a Board-Certified Medical Psychologist and Nationally Registered Health Service Psychologist. He earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Stony Brook University and completed post-doctoral studies in psychopharmacology at New Mexico State University. An Air Force Veteran, John now serves as the National Medical Director of Behavioral Health for Premise Health.
He has published numerous articles and book chapters related to the collaborative assessment and management of suicidality and clinical outcomes monitoring and management in integrated onsite, near site, and virtual healthcare settings. As a clinical neuroscientist, John has contributed to Randomized Clinical Trials for anxiety, ADHD, Autism, Major Depression, Bipolar, Binge Eating, PTSD, Smoking Cessation, and other neurocognitive disorders including Traumatic Brain Injury and Alzheimer’s dementia. In his free time, John serves as the Chair, Mental Health Committee, Warrior GMR Foundation and a Strategic Advisor for The Rugby Foundation. Both organizations promote brain health and optimization through intergenerational play informed by lifestyle medicine. Personally, he enjoys healthy eating, exercise, time in nature, and neuro-hacking with family in Denver, CO.

Kevin Crowley, Ph.D.

Kevin J. Crowley, Ph.D., is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the Director of Training and Implementation at CAMS-care, LLC. In addition to this leadership role, he provides evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical supervision in independent practice.
Dr. Crowley is dedicated to advancing suicide prevention through high-impact training and consultation. He partners with organizations to support systems-level implementation of suicide care pathways, and he regularly consults on county, state, and federally funded suicide-focused initiatives. He has particular expertise with the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) framework and focuses on helping providers overcome real-world barriers to learning and using it with clients/patients across a variety of contexts.

Amanda Chase, MA, LPC, NBC-HWC
Director, Behavioral Health

Amanda Chase has been with Premise Health for over 15 years and currently serves as the Director of Product. She holds a master’s degree in Expressive Arts Therapies, is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She is currently on the Growth and Development team at Premise and also works closely with field team members and operations to bring evidenced-based behavioral health care solutions to our members.
Amanda lives in New Jersey and is passionate about mental health, wellbeing, fitness, and cooking healthy meals. When not at work you will find her running, swimming, enjoying nature, and spending time with her husband and two young daughters.
