Asaf Bitton, MD, MPH

Asaf Bitton, MD, MPH, is the executive director of Ariadne Labs, a health systems innovation center at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He is an associate professor of medicine and health care policy at both Harvard Medical School and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. As a practicing primary care physician and expert in primary health care policy, financing, and delivery, he has served as a senior advisor for primary care policy at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation since 2012He currently serves on the Center for Strategic and International Studies Bipartisan Commission on Strengthening America’s Health Security, the National Advisory Council for Healthcare Research at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality in the U.S., and is an elected member of the International Academy of Quality and Safety. Dr. Bitton practices primary care at Brigham and Women’s South Huntington clinic.

Ann Greiner, MCP

Ann Greiner, MCP, serves as president and chief executive officer of the Primary Care Collaborative (PCC), where she is focused on defining and implementing an advocacy, research and education agenda that furthers comprehensive, team-based and patient-centered primary care. Prior to joining the PCC in 2017, she served as vice president of public affairs for the National Quality Forum (NQF), where she increased the visibility and influence of NQF on Capitol Hill. She also served as deputy director at the National Academies of Medicine, contributing to the Quality Chasm series of reports and related conferences. Greiner has also held leadership positions at NCQA and the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Jonathan Leizman, MD

Jonathan Leizman, MD, is the chief medical officer of Premise Health, where he works to enhance the delivery of high-quality, integrated health care and exceptional experiences, while advancing clinical delivery and access models. Dr. Leizman previously spent 18 years in progressive leadership positions within the Cleveland Clinic Health System, including serving as Medical Director of Cleveland Clinic at Work, where he oversaw clinical and business operations for multiple worksite health and occupational medicine clinics. He also served as Director of Urgent and Express Care Clinics, helping to develop a regional strategy for these access pointsBoard certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Leizman has practiced in urgent care, primary care, emergency department, and occupational health settings.
