As vice president of global benefits, Juli leads a team responsible for design, strategy, and operations of AT&T’s portfolio of employee benefits plans. Those plans span health, savings, pension, and a variety of other benefits covering just over 800,000 employees, retirees, and their dependents. In her current role Juli has successfully promoted the significance of the holistic employee wellbeing experience, bringing together virtual, physical, financial, emotional, and social components. Under her leadership AT&T launched market-leading benefits enhancements, introducing “Your Personal Healthcare Team” to AT&T employees and their families. Additionally, Juli has led her team through complicated divestitures, launched redesigned healthcare programs and more closely aligned various retirement programs.
Beth Ratliff
Chief Operating Officer
Premise Health
Beth Ratliff serves as chief operating officer for Premise Health. Beth oversees enterprise integration of business processes, technology and clinical service delivery to drive enhanced experiences, effectiveness and efficiency. Beth previously served as President of CHS Health Services, leading the organization through rapid organic growth and organizational restructuring and expansion. Beth’s expertise includes lean healthcare, clinical application delivery, product management and clinical quality. Her 20+ year history in the healthcare field includes 14 years of experience with multi-site operations, including the onsite delivery of primary care, occupational health, pharmacy, and rehabilitation services to some of the country’s largest employers.
