Kara Speer is the National Practice Leader, Employer Sponsored Health Centers at Willis Towers Watson. She works with a variety of clients in their initiatives in onsite/near-site health, including development of program strategy and design, business case modeling, vendor procurement, implementation, and assessments and ROI analyses of existing health centers. Kara received her MPH from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her Bachelor’s degrees in Health Promotion and Health and Fitness from Purdue University.

Jami Doucette serves as President at Premise Health. Prior to joining Premise Health, Jami served as Leader for Paladina Health (a DaVita subsidiary), and before Paladina, Doucette was the CEO and founder of ModernMed. Jami earned his MD and MBA in Health Management from Tufts University School of Medicine in a combined degree program. He also earned undergraduate degrees in Biology and Economics with honors from Duke University and is an active member of Young President’ Organization (YPO).
