Beth Ratliff

Beth Ratliff serves as chief operating officer for Premise Health. Beth oversees enterprise integration of business processes, technology, and clinical service delivery to drive enhanced experiences, effectiveness, and efficiency. Beth previously served as President of CHS Health Services, leading the organization through rapid organic growth and organizational restructuring and expansion. Beth’s expertise includes lean healthcare, clinical application delivery, product management, and clinical quality. Her 20+ year history in the healthcare field includes 14 years of experience with multi-site operations, including the onsite delivery of primary care, occupational health, and pharmacy services to some of the country’s largest employers.

Ryan Donnelly
Senior Vice President of Strategy and Innovation
Premise Health
Ryan is the senior vice president of strategy and innovation at Premise Health. He is responsible for enterprise strategy, innovation, corporate development, growth analytics, product analytics, and data science functions, and leads the Care Management, Care Navigation, Care Excellence, and Care Consult solutions, which he designed, built, and successfully scaled nationwide. Before joining Premise, Ryan was a Principal at Kingfish Group, a private equity investment and strategy consulting firm, where he led all healthcare investing, advisory, and industry research initiatives. He holds master’s degrees from the University of Oxford (expected 2024) and Carnegie Mellon University, and a bachelor’s degree from Providence College. He was also a Coro Fellow and Nashville Health Care Council Fellow.
