Derek Brochu
Chief Strategy and Development Officer
Premise Health
Derek Brochu is the Chief Strategy and Development Officer for Premise Health, where he drives enterprise strategy and works to grow the business in ways that best serve clients, members, and their families. In his role, Derek oversees corporate strategy, enterprise product, strategic advisory, partnerships, and corporate development.
Derek was most recently with OMERS Private Equity having joined in 2014. While there he focused on the origination, execution, and management of private equity investments, first as an associate and most recently as a director. Derek initially partnered with Premise in 2018 with OMERS’ acquisition of the organization. Derek played an active role in asset management efforts with Premise Health, Caliber Collision, Gastro Health, and CBI Health during his time there, collaborating closely with company management on various strategic initiatives. Prior to his private equity career, Derek worked at Scotiabank in the investment banking group with a focus on the technology, media, and telecom sectors.
Derek studied Business Administration at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, and pursued hockey professionally before entering the corporate world.

Ryan Donnelly
Senior Vice President of Strategy and Innovation
Premise Health
Ryan is the senior vice president of strategy and innovation at Premise Health. He is responsible for enterprise strategy, innovation, corporate development, growth analytics, product analytics, and data science functions, and leads the care management, care navigation, care excellence, and care consult solutions, which he designed, built, and successfully scaled nationwide. Before joining Premise, Ryan was a Principal at Kingfish Group, a private equity investment and strategy consulting firm, where he led all healthcare investing, advisory, and industry research initiatives. He holds master’s degrees from the University of Oxford and Carnegie Mellon University, and a bachelor’s degree from Providence College. He was also a Coro Fellow and Nashville Health Care Council Fellow.

Ashok Subramanian
CEO and Founder
Centivo
Ashok founded Centivo in 2017 after observing the inefficiency in the healthcare system and the pain that has resulted for employers and employees.
Prior to Centivo, Ashok co-founded Liazon, operator of the nation’s industry-leading private benefits exchange for active employees. Liazon was acquired by Willis Towers Watson in 2013, and after the acquisition, Ashok served as Managing Director for Willis Towers Watson’s Group Exchange business. Prior to Liazon, Ashok was an Associate Principal at McKinsey and Co., where he served as a leader in the firm’s healthcare and private equity practices.
In addition to his role at Centivo, Ashok serves as a senior advisor to Silversmith Capital, a growth equity firm.
Ashok received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University, a master’s degree from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
