Ryan is the senior vice president of strategy and innovation at Premise Health, a leading provider of in-person and virtual primary care, pharmacy, and occupational health, operating more than 900 wellness centers across 46 states, and serving hundreds of large employer clients and millions of members. Ryan is responsible for enterprise strategy, innovation, corporate development, growth analytics, product analytics, and data science functions, and leads the care management, care navigation, centers of excellence, and second opinion solutions, which he designed, built, and successfully scaled nationwide.

Elle supports the Centivo sales team on designing and executing a solution that best fits the employer customer’s needs. Before joining Centivo, she led Facebook’s U.S. Physical Health Strategy and was responsible for the U.S. self-insured medical plans. This included leading and executing on the move from a traditional carrier model to a TPA/advocacy model, as well as the launch of a COE oncology program. Prior to Facebook, Elle was a consultant at Mercer where she supported a range of employers in their health benefits strategy. This included work with a large employer on the development and implementation of their health system direct contracts/ACOs.

Dr. Dave Zieg is the National Director of Clinical Services for Alliant and an accomplished physician executive and entrepreneur. He is a Board-Certified Diplomate in both Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, with more than two decades of clinical and administrative leadership roles. Dave supports the continued development of clinical consulting resources. In addition to serving as a subject matter expert for clients, prospects, and internal teams, he is collaborating on and creating new opportunities and solutions that bring additional value to clients. He has in-depth experience in benefits design to drive value, health tech, clinical quality, bundled episodes of care, direct contracting, employer sponsored health centers, primary care, occupational medicine, behavioral health, and lifestyle medicine.
